Are there any extra fees to participate?

No, there are no extra fees of any kind. No application fees, no cancellation fees, and no hidden charges. Nor do we sell proprietary equipment you must use. It truly is as simple as it sounds. All you are charged are the normal processing fees you would pay with any merchant service — and we even offer a price match guarantee you won’t pay more to switch.

Can I choose any nonprofit I want?

Yes. The only requirement is the nonprofit must be registered as a 501(c)(3) organization with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. We use the GuideStar database to confirm registration status. If your charity of choice isn’t listed with GuideStar, we will notify you and give you 30 days to select a replacement nonprofit to support. If you do not want to select a nonprofit, we will gladly find a deserving organization on your behalf.

How many nonprofits can I support at once?

Currently, only one. However, we will soon expand our program to accommodate up to three charities at once.
with Telos, there is no cancellation fee should you decide to leave. Plus, we offer a 90-day easy-out guarantee so there’s no risk to you. But we sincerely hope you participate for the long term.

What kind of cards to you accept?

We accept all types of debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and EBT cards

What other payment processing services does Telos provide?

We offer customized gift card programs, loyalty programs, check guaranty and verification services, and ATM sales and placements. We also have a program specially tailored to the legal profession. Other specialized programs are in the works.

Can I change my nonprofit at any time?

No changes are allowed during your first year with Telos. After your first year, you may change your nonprofit once at no charge. If you wish to change more than once, a $99 administrative fee will be charged for each change
